Terms of use and sale
Courtesy translation. The tools, the deliverables and the legal documents of this site are in French. In case of discrepancy between this English text and the French version, the French version prevails.
These terms govern the use of the conformitepme.ca website and the purchase of our deliverables. By creating an account or making a purchase, you accept them. Our services are intended for businesses and organizations; they are not intended for consumers within the meaning of the Consumer Protection Act.
1. What you are buying
Each tool has two stages: a free assessment (automated audit or questionnaire) and a paid deliverable. Deliverables are sold by plan - $299, $690 or $1,290 CAD, plus taxes where applicable - and one plan unlocks all of them. It is a one-time payment, with no subscription or automatic renewal. Only one option is paid monthly, and it is separate: keeping documents up to date and the proof register, $49 per month or $490 per year, reserved for plan holders and cancellable at any time.
| Tool | Free | Deliverable included in the plans |
|---|---|---|
| Law 25 audit | Analysis of the submitted site, score and main findings | Full PDF report: detailed findings, prioritized correction plan, templates |
| Law 96 scan | Language profile of the site and main findings | Full language report: page-by-page findings and correction plan |
| Harassment prevention | Assessment questionnaire and compliance score | Customized prevention policy, report and rollout plan |
| Child labour | Assessment questionnaire and compliance score | Employer kit: checklist, register and calendar of obligations |
Deliverables are produced from the information you provide. A deliverable is available in My account (in French) and remains downloadable for as long as your account exists.
2. 30-day money-back guarantee
If a deliverable is not useful to you, we refund you. Write to [email protected] within 30 days of the purchase, naming the tool concerned. No justification is required. The refund is made to the original payment method, generally within 5 to 10 business days depending on your financial institution.
The guarantee applies once per tool and per business. It does not cover clearly abusive purchases, for example repeatedly buying the same deliverable followed by a systematic refund request.
3. What our tools are not
Our deliverables are not legal advice and do not replace a lawyer, a notary or a labour-relations adviser. They inform and diagnose; the decision and the implementation are yours.
- None of our tools certifies you as compliant. A high score means that the points checked are met, not that no obligation is escaping you.
- Our audits analyze the public pages of the address you submit, at a given moment. They do not visit your password-protected areas or your internal systems.
- Our questionnaires assess what you declare. Inaccurate answers will produce an inaccurate diagnosis.
- Laws change. A deliverable reflects the state of the law on its production date; keeping it up to date is up to you.
4. Your commitments
- Submit to the audit only sites that you operate or for which you have a mandate.
- Provide accurate information in the questionnaires.
- Not attempt to get around the free-use limits or disrupt the service.
- Keep your password confidential: actions taken from your account are attributed to you.
5. Ownership
The deliverable you buy belongs to you: you may use it, adapt it and distribute it freely within your organization, including to your insurers, purchasing clients or authorities. The site, its analysis tools, its scoring scales and its templates remain our property and may not be resold or built into a competing offer.
6. Availability and liability
We aim for continuous availability without guaranteeing it: maintenance, hosting incidents or third-party outages may interrupt the service. Our liability, in case of fault, is limited to the amount you paid us for the deliverable concerned. We are not liable for indirect consequences, including a fine, a complaint or a loss of business.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time by writing to [email protected]. We may suspend an account that breaches these terms. Deleting the account deletes your files, subject to the retention periods stated in our privacy policy.
8. Governing law and contact details
These terms are governed by the law applicable in Quebec. Any dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the courts of the judicial district of Québec. We favour an amicable settlement: write to us first.
