Does a law change? We warn you, and we redo your documents - under current law. The annual review that the regulation requires (S-2.1, r. 8.3, s. 5) is covered.

The proof register

An adopted document does not mean an applied one: it is given to staff, and each delivery is recorded - who received it, who read it, on what date, hire after hire. That is the file you will be asked for.

At the end of the six months, nothing is taken back: your documents stay yours, to download again at any time. What stops is the service - never access. We do not hold your documents hostage.

Frequently asked questions

Can I do everything myself, for free?

Yes. The CNESST templates are free, and our assessment tells you - free of charge, point by point, with the section of law - what your practices are missing. If you have the time to draft and the certainty of covering every prescribed element, you do not need us. The plans exist for the other situation: a third party asks you for proof, and you want a dated document, in your name, that covers the prescribed elements - without spending your evenings on it.

Why pay, if the government templates are free?

Because a template is a generic starting point: it still has to be adapted, and an incomplete policy is the same as having none - it is the first document the CNESST asks for when a complaint is filed. The plans produce the document already adapted to your business, with its rollout plan, and include 6 months of upkeep and proof register. The day you are asked “prove it was given to your employees and that it is up to date”, a Word file on a server does not answer; the register does.

What exactly does the free assessment give me?

The verdict: compliant or not, point by point, with the section of law that requires it. No account, no card, no email, as many times as you like. It does not produce the documents - that is the plans’ job. And if you stop at the verdict, that is fine: come back when you need it.
